Roasting and Posting
We offer Royal Mail second class on all orders 1.5kg or under. Orders 2kg or over we use Inpost, a service from UKMail, this is a traceable delivery service. We aim to have our orders fulfilled in 3-5 working days. Depending on when your order comes through to us will determine which roast day it will be added to. We roast 2 days a week, Monday's and Thursday's, and dispatch Monday to Friday.
Why use Royal Mail second class:
- They are almost definitely delivering down your road every morning, so to reduce our carbon footprint we use them on the majority of our orders.
- Second class gives a bit of time for your coffee to settle down after roasting, we feel a few extra days will ensure you get the best experience once it’s at your door.
On orders 2kg or higher, feel free to provide delivery notes in the comments box.
Coffee delivery charges - UK Mainland
0.01 kg to 1.5 kg = £2.90
Above 2.0 kg = £6.00
Non UK mainland postal charges are to be calculated on an order-by-order basis depending on location and weight.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order is incorrect or damaged Karuna Coffee will offer a replacement or a refund. If this happens please contact us so we can resolve the issue as soon as we can. We advise sending a photo of damaged goods. This will enable us to deal with your issue quickly. Damaged or defective goods should be reported to us with 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
Cancelling a Subscription
You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time for any reason, this can be done on the website where you set up the original subscription. If you are experiencing difficulties cancelling your subscription you can contact us directly and we can do it for you.
All refunds are at the discretion of Karuna Action. You have the right to return your coffee within 30 days of the date it was dispatched to you if you are dissatisfied with the quality of the coffee. Karuna Action reserves the right to issue refunds if what is received is not what you believed was ordered, this will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To return any items, please e-mail us at email@example.com or call us on 01252 333233. Please use your order number as a reference, this can be found in your email order confirmation. The items should then be returned by an agreed delivery method.
We will endeavour to deal with any refunds in a prompt manner. We will only issue refunds to the debit/credit card used to place the order.
If you are local, you can Collect from us in free of charge
You are welcome to collect your coffee from us rather than paying for postage. Just put the code ‘pickup’ in the promo codes box and we’ll deduct the postage. Then simply contact us by either email or on the phone and we can arrange for you collect, you never know you might get a free cup of coffee just for saying hi!
