Processing and Shipping Update

Firstly, we would like to send our best wishes to everyone affected by the current COVID-19 pandemic, and thank you again for your continued support & custom.

PROCESSING
Please note we are open as usual and that we are working hard but orders may be going out slightly slower than usual. We have had to adapt our work place so that we can work safely without increasing the public health risk. Unfortunately this has meant that sending coffee out is a little slower than usual, normally we have two people roasting and posting, we're down to just one.

SHIPPING
We use Royal Mail for orders under 1.5kg, and a courier service for anything over. We are experiencing delays with all delivery methods and we would ask that you bare with us while these services get your coffee to you.

Please allow up to 5 working days from the date that we ship your coffee to you, not from the date you ordered there coffee. You should receive and email notification saying that your order is on its way. Please contact us if you have any issues with your deliveries.
